There are two music videos are shooting in Warsaw for Abarona Kryczava and Sliach.
Polish knighht groups members will take part in shooting.

The recording of the new album Polacki Sszytak (dances of the Early Baroque of GDL) has began.
Recording is in Minsk, and mastering is in Homel.
The scheduled date of the new album presentation is November, 2008.

There are new instruments Stary Olsa has. There are tomba marina (the Renaissance prototype of
contrabass), rebec (drawed in the begining of XVth century by Belarusan artist
Andej within the fresco at Lublin's chapel of St. Trinity) and new cither
(medieval stringed instrument resembling a lute but with longer neck, first drawn in Belarus
by the artist Maciej Dziesiaty in 1505).

There are negotiations about February-March Belarusan tour organizing.
In tentative layout Stary Olsa will perform in Brest, Grodna, Vicebsk, Mahilou,
and perhaps Maladzieczna.

The beginning of work over the Bagpipe festival organization.
Organizing committee was replenished by new people.
As well as usual festival guests there new ones from
Ukraine, Poland, Sweden, Lithuania and Russia planning.

A new DVD ia almost ready. DVD contains various video materials of Stary Olsa band such as
U Karczmie clip, concert collection, live at MTV,
new clip Litvin, and also video materials –
filming of Saltarello clip (that were held in Italy, but the clip had no wide rotations)
and alos some amateur filmings from band member's workaday life.

There are negotiations about taking part in International festival of Celtic Music
in Harkau (Ukraine).

The negotiations about 10 (February-March 2008) concerts tour over Ireland are almost finnished.
One of the aims of the tour is to get money for the operation of ill Bielarusan boy Siarhej Marcjanau.
The manager of the tour is Tony Wittle.

Stary Olsa won independent spectators sympathy award rock-crown during the Rock Coronation 2006 ceremony.
This award was determined according with the sound level meter - volume of spectators reaction
to the various bands performances.
